The middle park 4-H Council is the governing organization of 4-H Program in Grand County.  The council consists of six elected officer, two elected leader advisor, Extension office advisor (Agent or 4-H Coordinator) and two voting representatives from each club in Grand County.  They set the rules and policies for the 4-H program in Grand County.  The Council Meets every first Monday of each month at the town Hall in Hot Sulphur Springs at 7:00pm.
